With his bulletproof suit, cape, and voice scrambler, Bruce Wayne's identity is safe within his ultra-high-tech bat suit. One wonders, though, why the bad guys don't simply shoot at his chin.

Iron Man/Tony Stark
Stark has probably the best outfit out there. He looks like Boba Fett, he can fly, and he is completely concealed in his metal suit of awesomeness. The only problem is that Stark's vanity led him to violate the one rule of being a stealth crime fighter: Don't announce at a press conference that you're a superhero.

It's a good thing that Matt Murdock's identity has been relatively well-masked (though that chin is a giveaway), because the outfit is so ridiculous-looking that most people wouldn't be caught dead in it.

The thing about secret identities is that you should, in theory, be able to blend into the crowd when you're not decked out in spandex and a cape. But if you're seven feet tall and weigh 300 pounds, you're going to stand out with or without a silly-looking helmet.

Any getup that burns away your face and improbable toupee does a pretty good job of hiding your identity. It also looks totally sweet.
